Each Amara Jewelry piece is carefully inspected and packaged with love before it leaves our workshop. Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–15 business days, depending on your location.


Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We’re delighted to offer free shipping on all orders within the USA, Canada, UK, and Australia — our way of thanking you for choosing Amara to bring a little extra sparkle into your day.


Can I track my order?

Of course. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your jewelry’s journey from our studio straight to your doorstep.


What is your return policy?

Your happiness matters to us. If your piece isn’t exactly what you expected, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original packaging.

Can I request a custom design?

At the moment, we don’t offer custom designs — but we love hearing your ideas! If you have a special request, email us at support@amara-jewelry.com, and we’ll let you know what options may be possible in the future.
